Real People. Right Now.
From the first hello, the Locknet® team is dedicated to serving you and your needs.
Whether you are a smaller business needing a dedicated Managed Service Provider (MSP), or a larger business that simply wants to augment your existing IT department, we are committed to being a valuable extension of your team and raising the bar with world-class service.
Trust is at the heart of everything we do, and there is nowhere trust matters more than with the data privacy and information security of our customers. Because of this commitment, Locknet undergoes MSP/Cloud Verify certification and a SOC 2 Type 2 audit. To complete a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, Locknet receives a thorough examination by independent auditors of our internal controls for security, confidentiality, processing, integrity, privacy, and availability of customer data. This means you are partnering with a service provider who values information security as much as you do.
...carefully to understand the measurements, focus, strategies, and progress necessary to deliver an extraordinary experience so clients can achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
...to helping clients reduce the worry of demanding IT responsibilities with a portfolio of state-of-the-art technology products and solutions and assuming all or some of the day-to-day IT management responsibilities.
...our services, products, and people by gathering feedback and conducting annual reviews of our clients’ experiences, and we take a continuous improvement approach to ensure they are happy with the results.
Locknet® is an EO Johnson Company and is backed by more than 66 years of business technology excellence. EO Johnson is a woman-owned business enterprise and a leading provider of office copier equipment, production print and finishing solutions, and digital transformation solutions.
Locknet's managed IT services encompass a large network of IT professionals across the Upper Midwest. Our team is driven to get the job done right, bringing an infectious energy, fun spirit, and commitment to excellence to everything we do. It's all part of how we build lasting and trusting relationships with our clients.
We strongly encourage Locknet® team members to get involved in their communities by supporting causes they believe in, so we give our employees paid volunteer time each year, allowing them to give back to a nonprofit of their choice. We also participate in corporate community engagement.
Locknet® is a proud supporter of the United way in each of the communities we serve, and ranks among the top 25 businesses for United Way giving in select communities. In fact, throughout our offices, more than half of our employees donate to their local United Way branches.
Additionally, we’ve formed a partnership with the University of Northern Iowa Athletics Community Impact Program, donating $10 for each basketball free throw and $5 for each football tackle to the Cedar Valley United Way of Central Iowa. Our sponsorship of the Iowa Cubs minor league baseball team’s “Hits to Help” campaign allows us to donate $5 to the United Way of Central Iowa for every hit.
